10m³/H Integrated Screw Press Sludge Dewatering Machine – Concentration, Frying & Solid-Liquid Separation All-in-One System
This screw-type sludge dewatering machine features a robust structure comprising multiple fixed rings, moving rings, and a spiral filtration unit. It seamlessly integrates filtration, concentration, and pressing dehydration into a single, efficient system, enabling continuous processing within one enclosed cylinder.
In the concentration zone, the relative motion between fixed and moving rings allows rapid discharge of filtrate without clogging. In the dehydration section, the volume of the spiral chamber gradually decreases, significantly increasing internal pressure. Combined with an adjustable back-pressure plate mechanism, this system achieves efficient solid-liquid separation without relying on traditional filter cloths or centrifugal methods. Its innovative self-cleaning technology ensures continuous operation with minimal maintenance, setting a new standard in sludge dewatering.
Working Principle
During operation, sludge is fed into the filtration cylinder and conveyed by rotating spiral blades toward the discharge end. As the pitch of the blades gradually decreases, mechanical pressure on the sludge increases, progressively squeezing out moisture. The released water escapes through gaps between the fixed and moving rings. Simultaneously, the self-cleaning action between these rings prevents clogging and maintains consistent filtration performance. Finally, the dewatered sludge cake is discharged through the outlet.
